Why doesn’t the Suzuki Swift have automatic climate control in lower variants?

Automatic climate control is becoming standard in many cars in Pakistan, but some Swift variants still offer only manual AC controls. Why hasn’t Suzuki included this as a standard feature across all models?

Automatic climate control is still reserved for premium variants in the Pakistani Swift lineup. Lower trims have manual rotary dials which:

Lack temperature regulation

Require manual fan speed adjustment
The omission is mostly due to cost-cutting to keep the base price competitive.
Solution: If you prioritize comfort, go for GLX CVT o r top-end models. Some enthusiasts install digital climate control panels aftermarket, but they are expensive and not always reliable.
