Why Is My Suzuki Alto Lapin’s Tire Tread Wearing Unevenly?

I’ve noticed that the tires on my Suzuki Alto Lapin are wearing unevenly. Some parts of the tread are significantly more worn than others. What could be causing this? Is it related to alignment issues, suspension problems, o r something else? How can I fix this issue?

Uneven tire tread wear is a common issue that can result from a variety of factors. The most likely causes for uneven wear on your Suzuki Alto Lapin’s tires include:

Wheel Alignment Issues: If the wheels are not properly aligned, it can cause uneven pressure on the tires as they make contact with the road, leading to faster wear on certain areas of the tread.

Suspension Problems: Worn-out o r damaged suspension components such as shocks, struts, o r bushings can cause uneven weight distribution across the tires, leading to uneven tread wear.

Tire Pressure Problems: If the tire pressure is too low o r too high, it can cause the tires to wear unevenly. Under-inflated tires tend to wear more on the outer edges, while over-inflated tires wear in the center.

Driving Habits: Aggressive driving, such as hard cornering, rapid acceleration, o r frequent heavy braking, can also contribute to uneven wear patterns.

Solution:

Check and adjust your tire pressure to the manufacturer’s recommended levels.
Get a wheel alignment check and adjust if necessary.
Inspect the suspension system for worn-out parts and replace them.
Regularly rotate your tires every 8,000-10,000 kilometers to ensure even wear.
