Radiator leaks when the AC is on can be caused by:

Condensation Build-up: When the AC is running, condensation forms, and if the AC condenser is too close to the radiator, it can cause a coolant leak.

Clogged AC Condenser: A blocked o r malfunctioning AC condenser can increase pressure in the radiator, causing it to leak.

Faulty Coolant Fan: A malfunctioning coolant fan may fail to cool the system properly, leading to increased pressure and leaks.

Solution: Inspect the AC condenser for blockages, check the cooling fan for proper functioning, and ensure the system is working correctly.
