Leaks from the radiator cap can be caused by:

Faulty Radiator Cap: If the cap is worn o r damaged, it might not maintain the correct pressure in the cooling system, causing coolant to leak.

Incorrect Pressure Rating: A radiator cap with the wrong pressure rating for your vehicle can cause excessive pressure, leading to leaks.

Overfilled Coolant: Overfilling the coolant reservoir can cause excess pressure, forcing coolant out of the radiator cap.

Solution: Replace the radiator cap with one that has the correct pressure rating, and ensure the coolant level is within the recommended range.
