Why to avoid synthetic oil in old eng ines

Why to avoid synthetic oil in old eng ines

This came under discussion that when should synthetic oils be used, the conclusion was that in newer cars but not in older ones............ the thing is that if the oil is superior, then why would it damage the older engine, and would it also be pulling some life out of the newer engine thile giving good driving performance.............

synths have detergant characteristics and it wash away friendly deposits from engine to increase tolerances which were seviously covered somehow by mineral based deposits. engine gets weak suddenly if u switch

the deposits which are helping the engine.. will be effected... and those deposits will float around the engine.. and could cause loss of compression.. and leakings seals.. or headgaskets...

here is alink .. read it all and you will hav no questions...
