Wobbling while releasing clutch??

hey guys. i have a problem with the clutch. after the car is being driven for a & stopped at a traffic light. then after releasing the cltuch the whole car wobbles (engine, dash board).
some say its a pressure plate problem, some say its an engine mount problem, some say its a flywheel problem.
can anyone wats actually the problem coz engine mounts r perfect.. plz
engine 1300cc 2e. car toyota starlet 1986.

The propper term for the phenmenon would be "juddering". Initial causes maybe a burnt out or oil weakend clutch disc. The slip-grip repetition can eventually damage the pressure disc as well (warpage)and if left un attended will damage drive shafts and mounts.Have your clutch disc replaced and check pressure disc for any signs of warpage. Also check for oil leaks in and around the transmission bell housing.
