WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE ORIGINAL RIMS AND TIRES

i have Honda city car in Lahore. as u well understand the roads of Lahore and during rainy season flooding water on roads over a week. can i change rims and tires of size 195x60-15 R please advice whats technical problems with big rims and tyres..

whats the model of ur honda city?.i have the latest honda city myself, and have installed the same tyre specs as u have mentioned.it has resulted in superb looks and grip..the only downside is that u gotta be careful in bumps (if lahore has alot of khuddas and all these are not for you), and besides that the car starts consuming more fuel..so if you have alot of running, go for 14" rims instead...regards.
