Honda Civic 6th Facelift Generation Overview
The Honda introduced face lifted Honda Civic 6th Facelift Generation in 1999. It is a sedan with a front engine front wheel drive. There were a number of cosmetic changes in the facelift model of the car. There were variants of face lifted 6th Generation Honda Civic like EXi, VTi and VTi Oriel with optional Automatic and Manual Transmission. Production of the Honda Civic 6th Generation lasted for 3 years. The Honda Civic was available to purchase during the years 1999, 2000 and the year 2001. The price of the Honda Civic 6th Generation is fairly competitive when compared to other models in the same class available in the local market.
Exterior
The face lifted 6th Generation Honda Civic exterior has sleeker angular trapezium styled side swept headlights with a rectangular styled front grille that features a chrome accent on it. The overall exterior of the face lifted 6th Generation Honda Civic is that of a typical sedan the styling is very restrained and minimalistic. The front bumper features a twin rectangular air intakes placed on the smaller front bumper. The slightly raised rear end of the car features more angular trapezium styled side swept taillights with lower rear bumper. All variants of the Honda Civic feature same styling in every aspect.
Interior
The face lifted 6th Generation Honda Civic interior has of black plastic trim pieces throughout the interior. All seats covered in fabric while the door trim is covered in colored fabric. Standard features on the car include air conditioning, cup holders, a stereo speaker system, power lock door, power windows, power steering and a tachometer. Features on the higher end VTi Oriel model include a sunroof. The overall interior of the face lifted 6th Generation Honda Civic is fairly spacious in both the front and rear for a sedan of its exterior dimensions. It also offers an excellent level of comfort and interior refinement.
