Toyota Hilux 8th Generation (Thailand) Overview

Toyota Hilux launched its 8th Generation in the year of 2015. Toyota Hilux 8th Generation is a four wheel drive pickup truck with front engine placing. This generation came with a slightly upgraded exterior design language. This new generation came with all the upgraded interior as well as exterior features, now it has comparatively good level of comfort and drive experience off road abilities and interior space. As other variants have 2 version in body, single cabin and double cabin. This generation brought 3rdversion with Extra cabin. Company manufactured this Generation for less than a year and it was available to purchase within the year of 2015 only. Toyota Hilux 8th Generation price in Pakistan was fairly competitive as compared to the other same class of vehicles available in the market.

Exterior

As compared to the 7th Generation of Toyota Hilux, the 8th Generation Toyota Hilux came with a brand new exterior designing. The front face contains with side swept bended headlamps and associated daytime running lights, rounded fog lights with standard wide front bumper and have a trapezoidal shaped grille with horizontal bars. The back side of 8th Generation Toyota Hilux consists rectangular shape side swept large taillights and a traditional silver chrome standard rear bumper.The single cabin variant and double cabin variant have very identical features. The double cabin variant is larger than the single cabin variant in order to accommodate the rear doors. As compared to its rivals it has a good features and exterior design language is pretty sportier that make it prominent in the same class of vehicles.

Interior

The Toyota Hilux 8th Generation comes with all the upgraded interior features. The interior made up with plastic black trim pieces. The front and rear seats are covered with black standard fabric. There are some standard features including electric windows containing jam protection, a pair of 12V power ports, central locking, Stereo type 4-speakers and air conditioning system. There are some optional features available in higher end variants of Hilux 2015 including, 4-inches of multimedia screen with multi-information functionality, satellite navigation, power driver seat, leather upholstery and sunroof. As compared to its previous generations and other same class of vehicles this pickup truck offers more comfortable, refined, and luxury interior with decent cabin space.
