Toyota Mark II 8th Generation Overview
The Toyota Mark II 8th Generation was introduced in 1996, featuring a front engine rear/four-wheel drive subcompact sedan. This generation brought new series VVT-I engines to the Mark II Series, as well as an optional four-wheel drive system. Interior
The interior of the 1996 Toyota Mark II features black plastic trim pieces with wood paneling, while the front and rear seats are covered in fabric. Standard features on the GL include power windows, power steering, power lock doors, a stereo speaker audio system, and automatic climate control. Features on the higher-end Grande and Tourer include traction control, ABS brakes, and a rear windscreen wiper.
