800cc Vehicle Might Be Cheaper After Budget 21 Announcement

A good news for the auto enthusiasts in the mid range category from the auto sector is that 800cc o r less in order might be cheaper as before after the announcement of Budget 2021.

According to details, the government is planning to make tax reductions on the small engine vehicles equipped with 800cc to give a relief the people in the middle class. However, the final decision will be made on the announcement of budget 2021 in this regard.

A proposal in this context is also under process and the proposal suggests the suspension of five percent on withholding tax, and a reduction in the standard sales tax GST from 17 percent to 12 percent on the import of cars with up to 800cc engine displacement. Meanwhile we have to wait till budget is announced.
