All Cars Expected Reduced Prices 2021

The government of Pakistan is encouraging local assembling of vehicles in Pakistan. In this regard , the government has announced a big relief to promote the manufacturing and sales of the cars in Pakistan locally at a very low cost for middle class to make them able to have own car.

The government is soon going to announce the new Auto Policy 2021-26. The good news for car enthusiasts is that the government has announced the Federal Excise Duty FED reduction by 2.5 percent on the 1000cc, 2000cc, hybrid vehicles, and electric vehicles EVs in Pakistan.

FED Reduction On 660cc to 1000cc Cars

The government has announced an FED reduction on 660cc 1000cc vehicles from 2.5% to 0%. Hence these cars will get a concession of 4.5 percent on General Sales Tax GST and price will be reduced in this segment by 7%.

FED Reduction On 1001cc to 2000c Vehicles

The 1001cc to 2000cc cars will enjoy decreases on FED from 5.0% to 0 percent.

FED Reduction Over 2000cc Vehicles

The vehicles over 2000cc will get a reduction on FED from 7.5 percent to 5 percent.
