The highly anticipated Audi A6 e-tron has been officially launched in 2024 and will be available for booking starting in September. This model is the second performance vehicle in Audi’s Premium Platform Electric (PPE) lineup, following the flagship Q6 e-tron. The A6 e-tron comes in Sportback and Avant body styles, with an additional S6 variant, offering a combination of impressive range, performance, and luxury design.

Design and Body Styles

The Audi A6 e-tron is offered in two distinct body styles: the Sportback, with its sleek, coupe-like silhouette, and the Avant, featuring a more traditional SUV look. The Sportback’s lower roofline enhances its aerodynamic efficiency, while the Avant’s elegant design includes a wide front grille and slim LED headlights. This model introduces a flat surface concept to improve aerodynamics, alongside a sporty rear design with an Audi rings light and a diffuser on the bumper.

Interior and Technology

Inside, the Audi A6 e-tron boasts a luxurious cabin with fabric seats and three LED screens: a 12-inch instrument display, a 14.5-inch infotainment screen, and an 11-inch passenger screen. The Sportsback model features a lower seating position for a sportier feel. The car includes two USB-C chargers, a charging pad, and supports Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Notable interior features include an electron chrome roof with the Lea effect, ISOFIX rear seats, and an animal-free interior option.

Performance and Range

The Audi A6 e-tron and the sporty S6 variant both feature a 100 kWh battery. The standard A6 e-tron offers rear-wheel drive with a 286hp motor, accelerating from 0 to 60 mph in 6.0 seconds. The S6, with its dual engines and all-wheel drive, delivers 506hp and achieves 0 to 60 mph in 3.9 seconds. The A6 e-tron provides a range of 466 miles for the Sportback and 447 miles for the Avant, while the S6 offers up to 398 miles in the Avant and 416 miles in the Sportback, with a quick 20-minute charge for 0-80%.

Pricing and Availability

The price for the new Audi A6 e-tron has not yet been officially announced, but it is expected to start at approximately PKR 24,833,854. Bookings for both the Audi A6 and Audi S6 will open in September 2024, offering customers an opportunity to secure one of these advanced electric vehicles.
