BAIC Announces Booking For BJ40 Plus Suv

After a break of two years BAIC is finally preparing to offer its vehicles for sale in the local automobile industry of Pakistan. The automaker is reportedly starting the booking of its most popular SUV BJ40 Plus in the Pakistani market. On its official social media account, BAIC announced that it is going to start the booking of the BAIC SUV BJ40 this week. The company also told that the pre booking of the SUV is started already. However, the SUV lovers can book their car by visiting the nearest BAIC Dealership and by filling a form.

The BAIC BJ40 Plus Price is Rs. 7,685,000, and the booking price is Rs. 1.5 million.

Delivery Time

According to official statement of the BAIC, the company will deliver the car within 4 to 6 months right after booking.

The off roader SUV lovers are familiar with Jeep Wrangler and like it much more. The BAIC BJ40 Plus is a complete copy of Jeep Wrangler as it resembles to it. According to BAIC, the BJ40 Plus is the “ King of Off RFoad Vehicles in Pakistan”.

The BAIC BJ40 has very attractive and sharp interior and exterior. The exterior of BAIC BJ40 Plus is finished with rugged off-roader jeep and its interior is like a super comfortable SUV. Like Wrangler Jeep, the doors, roof, and fold windscreen of the BAIC BJ 40 Plus can be removed.

The interior of the vehicle is luxurious and offered with modern look and design with two-tone themed instrument cluster, 11-inch floating infotainment touchscreen, reclining adjustable seats, and so much more.

The BAIC has powered the SUV with 2.0L turbocharged petrol engine that generates 218 hp and 270 Nm of torque mated with a 6-speed automatic transmission. In the second phase of its launch, the company is also planning to launch the car with a 2.0L turbocharged diesel engine.

On the other hand the BAIC SUV is also provided with safety features like all-wheel disc brakes with ABS technology, an electronic parking brake, automatic climate control for higher specs variants, rear A/C vents, parking sensors, traction control, stability control, hill-start assist, and descent control, a modern infotainment unit, dual airbags, and a multi-function steering wheel among other features.
