Bentley Will Produce All Electric Vehicles By 2030

Electric Vehicles are currently the major concern among the auto manufacturers around the globe. Gradually various renowned vehicles manufacturers are gearing up with the production of electric vehicles to provide the customers with fuel and environment friendly vehicles. The worldwide auto dealers and manufacturers are keenly focusing to completely electrify the auto industry.

The globally renowned cars manufacturing company Bentley Motors has recently decided to go up with all electric vehicles by 2030. According to sources the international auto maker is planning to launch two unnamed hybrid models and also plans to introduce its first full electric car by 2025.

According to an official statement of the Bentley Motors:
“We are planning to be completely carbon neutral in next ten years,”

The Chief Engineer of the Bentley Motors, Mattias Rabe said in an event that the company would be fully electric. He added further:

“Within a decade, the company will transform from a 100-year old luxury car company to a new, sustainable, and wholly ethical role model for luxury,”

The company, which is owned by Volkswagen, is among many others that have pledged to have an all-electric future. The luxury carmaker added that its stabilization plan would give Bentley financial flexibility and a recession.

It is worth mentioning that the company laid off 800 workers due to COVID-19 epidemic earlier this year. The company said the new efforts were aimed at achieving "a positive financial performance" for 2020.
