Rebranding and Evolution of the Frigate 07

Originally introduced as the Frigate 07 in 2022, this new version emerges as a refreshed and rebranded SUV. From its debut to early 2025, the original model sold 79,830 units. With the aim of increasing market appeal, BYD has redesigned and renamed the vehicle as the Sealion 07 DM, officially applying for sales approval in December 2024.
