Chery Tiggo 8 Pro Gets Rs. 850,000 Price Drop

Celebrating its two-year presence in the Pakistani auto market, Chery has announced a reduction in the price of its crossover SUV, Tiggo 8 Pro. In a notification, the company expressed gratitude towards its customers, acknowledging their integral role in its journey. “To celebrate this great milestone, Ghandhara Automobiles Limited is pleased to announce the Special Retail Selling Price (RSP) of Tiggo 8 Pro on limited stock only,” the company mentioned. The new price, effective from April 17, 2024, aims to mark this occasion by making the Tiggo 8 Pro more accessible to customers.

The revised price of the Tiggo 8 Pro sees a significant reduction of Rs. 849,000, bringing it down to Rs. 9,550,000 from its previous price of Rs. 10,399,000. However, this offer comes with certain terms and conditions. According to the car assembler, the offer is available on a first-come-first-serve basis and applies to limited stock only. Additionally, customers will be responsible for any government tax applicable at the time of delivery, and the price at the time of delivery will be applicable. Ghandhara Automobiles reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any point in time, ensuring flexibility in the promotion.

This marks the second offer on Chery vehicles in the last couple of months, following the introduction of a 10-year/1 million kilometers engine extended warranty for its crossovers in February 2024. Chery entered the Pakistani market with two variants of the crossover SUV, the Tiggo 8 Pro and Tiggo 4 Pro, venturing into a highly competitive segment. The rise in popularity of crossover vehicles in Pakistan, triggered by the successful launch of the Kia Sportage in 2019, has reshaped the local market landscape, with consumers gravitating towards the versatility and aesthetics of these vehicles. In the face of intense competition, Chery’s price reduction strategy aims to strengthen its position and appeal to prospective buyers.
