Chinese Electric Cars in Pakistan

The electric car is the future of every automaker, and the Tesla company have seen massive success in this regard. On the other hands companies like BMW and Nissan are spending and investing in their researches to produce cheap electric vehicles.

We see western automakers are investing a lot of money in researches and china are investing less o r equally because china has pollution problem so the government help them in research if they want to make electric cars.
It was only the matter of time that someone will bring it to Pakistan, we already have these Chinese automobiles in Pakistan from FAW and photon and few more companies. And now someone has brought Chinese electric car to Pakistan.

The car in question are Shifeng D101. Shifeng is not exactly a giant but was active in production of electric cars in china and spend most of the researches on electric vehicles. They manufacture other products like tractor tires LCV’s. The D1010 model is their five doors and four seat hatchback model.

This car is available in Lahore at the price of 750000 only 22 units have be imported to Pakistan , the company price from is a little over USD6000. If they get good response regarding electric cars they will import more units to Pakistan.
