Consumers Facing Issues On Booking Of Honda City
The renowned auto company, Honda Atlas is gearing up to launch the new car Honda City in the Pakistani auto market. The company is now bringing the 6th generation of Honda City. Remember, the Honda City 7th generation is launched globally because the customers were not satisfied with the 6th generation Honda City.
The company has announced the pre booking of the Honda City 6th Generation without revealing its actual price, features and specifications. The company has started the booking of the car on 17th May 2021.
Problems On Booking
A few days after announcement of the Honda City booking, the consumers came up with many issues related to booking of the car. According to details, the consumer complained that the dealers are receiving the pay orders but not giving the actual time for delivery of the vehicles. Some reports suggest that company might start the delivery of the Honda City in August 2021 but now the delivery of the cars reached October/November 2021.
Honda Atlas Response
The Honda Atlas has responded on the issues complained by consumers. According to an official:
A Delivery Time SMS is automatically sent to him when a consumer book a vehicle. “The payment is credited,”
He further added:
“Order Delivery Status can be checked from the Honda website as well”
