Difference between MG HS Locally Assembled Vs. Imported

MG Motors Pakistan has launched the locally assembled MG HS, which is titled as HS Essence. The crossover SUV has started the booking, which is started from 12 December 2022. The company has made the announcement that the consumers book the car on the full and partial payments. The customers can read their booking and delivery status of the vehicle. The customers can get the information regarding difference between MG HS locally assembled vs. imported.

The locally assembled HS is available in the market at the lower price, when you compare this vehicle with the imported version. MG has launched this new car at Rs.6,899,000 and the price tag of this CBU HS is Rs.9.8 million and the customers can get the difference between the locally assembled and the imported variant.

Differences Between Locally Assembled & CBU MG HS

The company has made three changes in these two cars and they are considered as the ‘upgrades’. MG Pakistan has the view that these changes are introduced after obtaining feedback from 10,000 HS customers.

• The consumers told the company that the car halts suddenly in traffic which can cause an accident as the Automatic Emergency Braking has been disabled. Due to this fault, it should not be considered as automatic.

• MG has disabled the Intelligent Speed Assist System as it was not working properly in Pakistani traffic and it was considered as a hindrance than a feature. All other options of the MG pilot are intact.

• Pakistan maps have been enabled in the new HS Essence as HS owners told the company that the car is not added local maps as it was a CBU, so it can create the navigation problems for the customers.
