Electric Bikes Are Cheaper Than Usual Bikes in Pakistan
Now Pakistan has started the manufacturing of Electric motorbikes locally and they have successfully completed this project. They have produced the fully operational e-bikes, which are locally available for the people.
Jolta International is the firm, which is based out of the Bahria Town Rawalpindi and it has introduced the three e-bikes in Gwadar. This firm has launched three commercial variants of electronic bikes in Pakistan, which are E70, E100 and E150. The company will provide the details of the motor bike, which will be retailed in Pakistan and the cost of this motor bike will be estimated to Rs.35,000/-.
The shape of the motor bike is found in conventional motorbike and they are claimed as the environment friendly, smoke free, fuel free, noiseless and pollution free. It is also said that the e-bikes are highly cost effective and it is tailored specifically for Pakistani audience. There are some of the additional details about the e-bikes:

• Charge Time: 5 Hours
• Travel in one charge: 50KM
• Electricity cost for one charge: Rs 15 1.7 units
• Top Speed: 50km/hour
• Price: Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 40,000 not finalized yet
E100
• Charge Time: 6 Hours
• Travel in one charge: 70KM
• Electricity cost for one charge: Rs 20 2.5 units
• Top Speed: 60km/hour
• Price: Not finalized yet
E125
• Charge Time: 7-8 Hours
• Travel in one charge: 120KM
• Electricity cost for one charge: Rs 32 4 units
• Top Speed: 80km/hour
• Price: Not finalized yet
These e-bikes are marketed with motorized engines and without any piston o r fuel emissions.
Availability
Jolta International told that it is all set to commercially rolling out of the e-bikes across Pakistan and they did not share the deadline and company said that Pakistani consumers expect the provision of e-bikes of Jolta, which will be in the stores within couple of months. All of the features and specifications are expected to be given and they will be enhanced with the time.
The company has already made the deal for the delivery of about 2500 e-bikes for Gwadar free zone company that will be pollution free and for the emission free region.

The company also made it clear that the plan for the investment of $10 million in Pakistan in two phases by setting up of the assembly unit to follow by the manufacturing unit. Jolta also said that they intend to produce e-cars and shuttle buses down the line.
