The lineup includes the versatile BMW 5 Series, the innovative BYD Seal from China, the forward-thinking Kia EV9, the eco-friendly Peugeot E-3008/3008, the futuristic Renault Scenic, the hybrid Toyota C-HR (with a BEV variant), and the cutting-edge Volvo EX30.

The inclusion of the BYD Seal, a Chinese-manufactured vehicle, adds a noteworthy global perspective to the top contenders, reflecting the expanding influence of international automakers.

The jury, representing diverse European countries, is tasked with evaluating and selecting the winner. Test drives and a final round of voting will take place on February 26, 2024, coinciding with the annual Geneva Motor Show in Switzerland.
