Fake Number Plates Banned on Motorways

The Excise and taxation Department of Punjab has already started the crackdown operation against the fake number plates of the vehicles in Punjab province. Now the department has also made the request to the National Highway Authority that they should not allow the vehicles with the fake number plates to come on the roads and also on the motorways.
This is the clear warning for the owner of the vehicles, who have fake number plates and they did not take the orders of the department seriously. The sources told that the department requested that after 20 March 2017, the fake number plate vehicles will not be allowed on the motorways and after that the vehicles with the original computerized number plates will be allowed to come on the motorway in Punjab province.
