First Electric car charging station built in Karachi

Now, Pakistan has received its first ever charging station to charge electric vehicles EVs. According to details, Abdul Haseeb Khan, a business personality fro Karachi has built a charging station, which is the first EV Charging Station in Pakistan. The new EV Station in Karachi is named as Libra Charging Hub. The fast chargers up to 160kW are installed in the station to recharge the top end EVs and Chinese EVs powered with small batteries.
The new Charging station for EVs is situated in Saddar, Karachi which is the busiest place in Karachi. The EVs can be charged from 0 to 80 percent in just 15 minutes by fast chargers. 
According to Abdul Haseeb Khan: 
It is the first fast charging station in Pakistan. There are several stations for EVs charging in Pakistan, but this station offers 160 kW fast charging, which allows for a charging time of just 15 minutes

He further said while talking about the EV Charging rate that the rate for charging is Rs. 65 per kWh. It shows that a normal EV with a 46 kWh battery pack can be charged in Rs. 3000. He demanded that the government install more Pole Mounted Transformers (PMT) to built such stations across Pakistan.
“It is an environmentally friendly fuel that can aid the government in offloading some of the energy burdens,” Khan said, adding that car owners can rid themselves of refueling by shifting to EVs.
