Government to Launch Roaming Facility on Highways

Lahore Ring Road Toll Tax Hike
The Lahore Ring Road Authority, following the trend of price hikes, increased toll taxes by 20% for various types of vehicles, impacting private automobiles to heavy traffic.
- Private Cars and Jeeps: The toll tax increased by Rs. 10 per trip, reaching Rs. 60 compared to the old rate of Rs. 50.
- Passengers and Coasters: The toll tax is now Rs. 120, up from Rs. 100, marking an uptick of Rs. 20 per trip.
- Passenger Buses: Experienced a surge of Rs. 50, reaching Rs. 300 per trip compared to the previous rate of Rs. 250.
- Dumpers, Loader Trucks, and Pick-ups: Now pay Rs. 360 per trip against the earlier Rs. 300, reflecting an increase of Rs. 60.
- Heavy Traffic: Witnessed a considerable jump of Rs. 100, resulting in a new rate of Rs. 600, up from the previous rate of Rs. 500.
