Today we are going to make a brief comparison of CBU SUVs and new entrants in the market, the Haval Jolion, Haval 6 and the MG HS SUVs. These are newly launched compact SUV in the Pakistani auto sector. The Haval SUVs are manufactured by a renowned Chinese automaker Great Walls while MG HS SUV is a product of Morris Garages. We have already discussed the detailed specifications of all three SUVs in previous articles. For now we are making a bring comparison among all three vehicles. So let’s move ahead to comparison.
Dimensions
The dimensions of Haval Jolion are as 4468mm Long, 1841mm Wide and 1619mm High, the second SUV by Haval is Haval 6 which is 4653mm Long, 1886mm Wide and 1724mm High and the last one is MG HS which is 4574mm Long, 1876mm Wide and 1664mm High. So, the H6 is the longest, widest and highest SUV as compared to other two which is a best choice for friends and family trips.
Engine and Transmission
The all SUVs have same 1.5L Turbocharged engine but their torque and horsepower is different from eachother. H6 and Jolion generate 147hp, while HS produces 158hp. On the other side, H6 has 230Nm, Jolion generates 220Nm and HS produces 250Nm torque, making the MG’s vehicle more powerful than its competitors. All vehicles are equipped with 7-Speed DCT Transmissions and Front Wheel Drivetrains FWD.
Exterior
As for the exterior, the three SUVs come with LED headlamps, Taillamps, Day Time Running Lights DRLs and Electric Height Adjustment in Headlamps. H6 SUV is featured with LED Foglamps, the MG HS is provided with Halogen lamps while Jolion lacks this feature. Meanwhile, three SUVs come with 18-inch Alloy Wheels and 17-inch Space Savers and Keyless Entry.
Interior
All three SUVs Haval Jolion Vs Haval 6 Vs MG HS have same features like Leather Seats, 6-Way Electric Driver Seat, 4-Way Electric Passenger Seat, Panoramic Sunroof, Push Start, Lumbar Support, and Auto Wiper. However, the size of infotainment system is different which is in Haval SUVs is 10.2 inches while in MG HS it is 10.1 inch. Haval provides wireless charging while it is not available in MG SUV.
Safety
Overall all three SUVs come with same safety features but Haval SUVs additionally provided with Car Locating Function and Cornering Brake Control, while Roll Movement Intervention is only offered in Haval H6. The main comparison among all three SUVs is their price tag, Haval H6 comes at the price of Rs 6,295,000, while Jolion comes at Rs5,525,000. MG Pakistan recently increased the price of HS, with few new additional features, and now it costs Rs 5,749,000. This means Haval Jolion is the most affordable among these three.
