Here’s When Cars Under 850cc Are Getting Cheap

The Federal Government of Pakistan has announced the budget 2021. The Finance Ministry has provided to big relief on small vehicles under 850cc. The middle class customers with low income will be able to own a car according to their range.

As per announcement during presenting the budget, the, the Finance Minister, Shaukat Tareen announced that the federal government has cut Federal Excise duty FED on all small cars that are under 850cc. The government has decreased the sales tax on these vehicles from 17% to 12.5%.

So, many people might have a question in their minds that when these cars will be available in the market with a reduced price after reduction of taxes by government. The answer is that the prices of the cars under 850cc will be reduced and start of July 2021 and these cars will be available in the market with new and reduced prices from 1st July 2021, because, the budget has been presented and will be passed in National Assembly after a debate. The budget will be implemented from July 2021.

Remember, the consumer who will buy these cars before July will not get the cars with reduced prices, they will have to pay the current cost of the cars.
