Honda Car Prices Increase March 2023

Honda car prices have gone up following the government's imposition of a 25% GST on luxury items. This is the fourth time the company has raised prices in the past 2.5 months. The car assembler has attributed the increase to the devaluation of PKR against the USD and the increase in sales tax from 18% to 25%. The new ex-factory and provisional prices will come into effect on March 14, 2023.

Honda City New Prices

The Honda City M/T 1.2L used to cost Rs. 4,579,000 before the previous price hike. Following the recent increase of Rs. 220,000, its new price is Rs. 4,799,000. Similarly, the City CVT 1.2L previously cost Rs. 4,729,000, but the new price after an Rs. 200,000 hike is Rs. 4,929,000. The City CVT 1.5L now costs Rs. 5,549,000, which is Rs. 530,000 more than its old price.

The Honda City Aspire M/T 1.5L now costs Rs. 5,759,000 after an increase of Rs. 530,000 from its old price of Rs. 5,229,000. The City Aspire CVT 1.5L has a new price tag of Rs. 5,979,000 after a hike of Rs. 560,000 from its old price of Rs. 5,419,000.

Honda BR-V New Prices

The Honda BR-V CVT S used to cost Rs. 5,949,000, but after an increase of Rs. 580,000, its new price is Rs. 6,529,000.

Honda HR-V New Prices

The Honda HR-V VTI previously cost Rs. 7,199,000, but its new price after a whopping increase of Rs. 700,000 is now Rs. 7,899,000. The HR-V VTi S now costs Rs. 8,199,000 instead of its old price of Rs. 7,399,000, after a hike of Rs. 800,000.

Honda Civic New Prices

The Honda Civic 1.5L M-CVT now costs Rs. 8,599,000, which is Rs. 820,000 more than its old price of Rs. 7,779,000. The Civic 1.5L Oriel M-CVT has a new price of Rs. 8,949,000, which is Rs. 850,000 more than its old price of Rs. 8,099,000. Finally, the Honda Civic RS 1.5L LL-CVT now costs Rs. 10,199,000 after an increase of Rs. 1,000,000 from its old price of Rs. 9,199,000.
