Honda Unveils Prologue Electric SUV

Honda has revealed the photos of its first electric SUV, Prologue. The previous photos of the car showed the concept art or some form of animated iteration of electric vehicle (EV). The customers will watch the real-life photos, which show SUV much more clearly. According to the detailed information, Honda unveils prologue electric SUV.

The all-electric SUV will be introduced in the market in early 2024 and General Motors (GM) and Honda have launched this car in a joint venture between these two automobile giants. The partnership will allow Honda to procure Ultium batteries and powertrain for its EV from GM.

Prologue does not have over-styled look and this EV car has subtle design, which incorporates a long wheelbase, short overhangs, and large wheels. The interior side of the car is same as other modern Hondas with simple and easy-to-understand layout.

The front side of the car has long bonnet, sleek headlights and large front bumper. This car has black cladding around its bottom and it has strong shoulder line. On the rear side of the car, there is great similarity with other modern SUVs of Honda as it has conventional tailgate design, sleek taillights, and forward raked rear windshield.

When you check the dimensions of the car, Prologue sits between Honda CR-V and pilot and it makes this car a midsize SUV. Honda does not reveal the official specifications of this car and it is speculated that it will have identical performance statistics to Chevy Blazer EV. This SUV will be added with two wheel drive and all-wheel drive powertrain configuration. There are some other features in this car as this car will be added with latest advance driver assistance system of Honda along with other high-tech features.

Honda has two EVs in its arsenal, which are Honda e: NS1 SUV (specific to China only) and Honda e hatchback. When this midsize crossover SUV will be added in this category, it will likely add more value to growing EV lineup of Honda.
