Kia Carnival Facelift Caught in Spy Shots Without Camouflage
After more than three years since the introduction of the 4th generation Carnival luxury MPV, Kia is now gearing up to unveil its highly anticipated facelift. Recently, spy shots captured the vehicle undisguised somewhere in its home market, offering a glimpse into the upcoming changes.
The New refreshed Kia Carnival presents a front fascia that draws inspiration from its SUV counterparts. Notably, the headlamps are now positioned more vertically and adorned with T-shaped LED DRLs, akin to those seen on the new Sorento facelift.
Moving to the rear, the Carnival facelift showcases a tail lamp design that harmonizes with the aesthetics of the front headlamps. Vertical sections of the tail lamps connect seamlessly to a full-width light bar located just below the rear screen. Additionally, the rear license plate mount on the tailgate appears to have been slightly lowered, and the scalloped piece, which typically spans the width, exhibits a different shape from the trapezoidal section on the current model.
Notably, the spy shots also reveal a fresh set of alloy wheels with a distinctive geometric pattern. While interior images are currently unavailable, expectations are high for minor equipment and design enhancements, particularly in the realm of the infotainment system.
Kia's presence in Pakistan was marked by the swift launch of the new Carnival just months after its global debut. This expeditious launch was made possible due to its status as a CBU-imported model. Typically, local enthusiasts have had to wait for a vehicle to retire from global markets before it becomes eligible for local assembly. As the anticipation builds, the question remains as to when Kia will introduce the Carnival facelift in Pakistan.
