KIA is the South Korean automobile company, which is expected to bring KIA Sportage 2.0L and 2.4L to the markets of Pakistan. This company is expected to launch the two variants of the vehicle in Pakistani market. KIA is aiming to explore the surging sports utility vehicle SUV but the company does not confirm it officially and they consider the testing units on the roads and the launch of the vehicle is close by.

KIA Sportage can become the direct competitor to Honda BR-V after considering the specs and price range. It is expected that there would be tough competition between both models of the cars and it is becoming popular vehicle in Pakistan and the sale of the car is crossing to 600 units during February alone.

The international price of the vehicle is started at 2.3 million and it will go up to Rs.3.3 million on the basis of the variant. The cost of the vehicle in the local market will be provided at the initial discount rate on the taxes. The car has the fuel capacity of 16.4 gallons o r 60 liters.
