KIA Will Lead Apple Car Project Under Hyundai Motors

Kia is the sub brand of the Korean Automotive giant, Hyundai Motors Corporation and now Hyundai has decided to lead the Apple Car Project. The partnership will be signed with Apple Inc soon. Previously, the company officially stated that Hyundai is ready to work with international firms for manufacturing electrical vehicles and mow it is going to work with Apple to manufacture Apple car.

Reportedly, the Apple Car Project will be started soon and hopefully will be completed before 2024 as per the perceptions of the experts. On the other side, some experts think that the prototype operation could be completed in 2024.
Apple have some technical issues regarding the development of the technology like batteries for Electronic Vehicles EVs and self-driving mechanism. Apple has to do research on it first to move towards the production phase.

Apple CEO Tim Cook said:
“We’re focusing on autonomous systems. It’s a core technology that we view as very important. We sort of see it as the mother of all AI projects. It’s probably one of the most difficult AI projects actually to work on”
