Launch of Electric Sports Car by Honda

Honda has revealed its plans for launching 30 electric vehicles by 2030 in the world. They have announced releasing two EV sports Cars.

Honda is struggling to shift to electric vehicle market. The Japanese company has left behind its competitor like Toyota when comes to energy efficiency. The company has been slow to add EVs to its lineup but now it has some plans for production of EVs.

The company has its plant to sell more than 500,000 electric vehicles by 2030 in North America. It also has it plans to launch two EV sports cars but the date is not announced. The company Calls one car as “speciality” model and the other as “flagship” model.

The “Speciality Model”
This model seems to be taller with more front-engined proportions. The car looks like a flashback to the older model of sports cars and have traditionally sporty design.

The “Flagship Model”

The Flagship model has a low slung front. The body of the sports car is lower, longer and makes the cabin forward. This model is similar to the HONDA NSX in design.

These are simply speculations based on pictured shared by Honda. The cars will initially launched in North America and Europe. Afterwards it will be launched globally.
