NHMP Bans Fancy Plates on Motorway

National Highway and Motorway Police NHMP puts ban on the entry of the fancy number plates on the motorways. They have launched the campaign regarding unauthorized number plates on the vehicles. They have issued the statement that all such vehicles with the fancy number plates will not be allowed to enter on the motorway. The owners of the vehicles will watch that NHMP Bans Fancy Plates on Motorway.

The force put pressure on the owners of the vehicles that they should use valid number plates o r the computerized number plates, if they want to travel on motorways. The campaign will help in curbing the practice to hide the registration status of the unauthorized vehicles and the fake and fancy number plates can create the issues for the identification of the vehicles. The authorized number plates help the police force to track the suspicious vehicles, which may be involved in crime o r traffic violation.

It is also reported by the concerned authority that the Motorway police will extend the fines for traffic violations. The fines have not been changed for the last 25 to 30 years and now it is necessary to revise them.

Motorway police started the campaign against the unvaccinated drivers and put them banned to enter on the motorways. The force said that the drivers, who were properly vaccinated, they were allowed to come on the motorways after 15 September 2021 because at that time, Pakistan was passing through the third wave of COVID-19. These policies will help the concerned forces to tackling the fake number plates on the road.
