Pak Suzuki Drops Swift All Variant Prices by Rs. 710,000/-

The advent of the price drop season in Pakistan heralds a significant transformation in market dynamics. Following the precedent set by Kia and Peugeot, Suzuki Pakistan has now entered the fray, announcing a substantial reduction in the prices of its popular hatchback, the Suzuki Swift. Recently, in a notification to its clientele, the company expressed satisfaction in introducing promotional retail sales prices for the Suzuki Swift, which became effective as of May 1, 2024. This strategic move aims to invigorate the market, presenting consumers with a more competitive pricing landscape.

Regarding the new pricing structure for the Suzuki Swift, significant adjustments have been made across its variants. The initial variant, Swift GL MT, previously priced at Rs. 4,421,000, has undergone a reduction of Rs. 85,000, resulting in a new price of Rs. 4,336,000. Similarly, the GL CVT variant, formerly priced at Rs. 4,719,000, now stands at Rs. 4,560,000, following a notable drop of Rs. 159,000. Notably, the top-of-the-line variant, Swift GLX CVT, has experienced a substantial decrease of Rs. 710,000, with its price now resting at Rs. 4,719,000, down from Rs. 5,429,000.

In adherence to the company's terms and conditions, the revised prices encompass Federal Excise Duty (FED) and sales tax, while excluding advance income tax. Furthermore, it's imperative to note that these prices are provisional and subject to change without prior notice. Additionally, customers will be responsible for covering any government taxes and levies applicable at the time of delivery.

This week, Kia and Peugeot surprised with substantial price cuts, notably on the Stonic. Kia's Rs. 15 lakhs reduction brought the Stonic's price below rivals like Honda City and Suzuki Swift's top model, garnering positive customer response.
