Rehmat Group Releases Electric Cars in Pakistan

The world is moving to the sustainable future and the automobile shift will be towards the cars, which will be emission free. The global market for the electric cars will reach to 35% in the upcoming two decades.



They have anticipated the huge demand in Pakistani market and Rehmat Group is going to introduce the electric cars in Pakistan.

The group has signed the 14 technical collaboration agreements and MoU with various Chinese companies in the recent months, which are included as under:
• Electric Power Technology Co,
• Jiangzi Technical Vehicles Manufacturing Co Ltd,
• Jiangsu Fuan Technologies,
• Louyang Xinguang Lithium Science and Technology Co Ltd,
• Zhehang Shangi Tianying Vehicle Industries,
• Yangzhou Daojue New Energy Development Co Ltd,
• Haohong Motors,
• Weifang Shandong Electric Power Technology Co Ltd,
• Shanghai Shenlong Bus Co Ltd,
• Wuxi Shengbao Electric Vehicle Co Ltd, and
• Base Ningbo Foreign Trade Co Ltd.
The group is going to establish the Electrical Complex at Nooriabad under the provision of these agreements.



The Electrical Complex

The Chief Operating Officer of Rehmat Group said that they have acquired about 25 acres of land for the electrical complex. This complex will begin with the manufacturing of electric o r battery powered buses. The company will enter the two wheeler electric market, when it progresses.
Rehmat Group will make the partnership with two Chinese manufacturers to turn the plans into reality. The company also plans to develop the lithium batteries for cars, buses and two wheelers.

The group comes with the model within first 4 to 6 months after the starting of the business. The group has signed two agreements with two different Chinese companies and one company will control electric car production and the other will assemble electric vans and trucks.

The government has made the announcement for reduction of the taxes on the electricvehicles and Rehmat group plans to take lead in the production of the electric vehicles in Pakistan.
