Sazgar's ORA 03: First EV Car in Pakistan - Specs Details

Sazgar Engineering, known for its locally assembled cars from various Chinese companies like BAIC, Haval, and now Great Wall Motor (GWM), has launched its first electric vehicle in Pakistan, the ORA 03. The company has quickly adapted to assembling hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs) and is now venturing into fully electric cars.

ORA 03 – Specs & Features

The ORA 03 is powered by a lithium iron phosphate 47.78 kWh battery, offering a range of 310-400 kilometers per charge. It features a permanent magnet synchronous electric motor, front-wheel drive, and a top speed of 160 kilometers per hour.

Exterior

The ORA 03 boasts LED electric adjustment headlamps, electric fold + electric adjustment and side lighter repeater side view mirrors, rear fog lamp, LED high brake lamp, auto headlight, daytime running lights (DRLs), manual tailgate, panoramic sunroof, auto flat wiper, shark fin antenna, and 215/50 R18 alloy wheels.

Interior

Inside, the car features a 2-direction manual adjust microfiber leather steering wheel, red & beige interior, driver side keyless entry, steering mode, electric + 6 direction driver seat, manual + 4 direction front passenger seat, leatherette seats, 6:4-back rear seats, 7-inch instrumental cluster, wireless charging, 10.25-inch color multitouch screen, hotline defrost back view mirror, and auto AC.

Safety and Convenience

Safety and convenience features include adaptive cruise control + intelligent cruise assist, ABS + EBD + TCS + RMI + ESC + EPB, up hill assist control, front + reverse radar, automatic vehicle hold, fully automatic integrated parking system, lane departure warning + lane hold + lane center hold, front collision warning + auto emergency braking, auto collision unlock, rear collision warning, and dual + front side + curtain airbags.

The ORA 03 is currently being sold as imported (CBU) units, and the company is looking forward to customer feedback on this new electric vehicle.
