Islamabad Capital Territory Police (ICTP) has recently increased its efforts in issuing challans to traffic law violators. This has led to a sudden upsurge in fines and stricter enforcement of traffic rules in the twin cities. In order to facilitate the car owners, Islamabad traffic police is simplifying traffic challan payments in Islamabad.

Payment Mechanisms for Traffic Challans in Islamabad

Due to the increased number of traffic challans being issued, citizens of Islamabad have expressed concerns about the payment mechanism. Fortunately, paying traffic challans in Islamabad has become easier than ever. Citizens can pay their challans using several methods, including:

• E-payment via the National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) website or mobile app

• Payment through the 1-Link bill payment system

• Payment at any branch of the National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) or the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP)
