Suzuki Again Increases Prices of Its Cultus and Swift Varian

Pak Suzuki Motors Company PSMC is once again going to increase the prices of its vehicles. The company, for this time will increase the prices of its Cultus and Swift variants. Reportedly company is increasing the prices of two variants of Cultus and one variant of Swift. The new prices will be applied from December to onward.

Remembered that this will be a seventh price hike in 2020, the first increase was announced in January 2020 and gradually the PSMC revised the prices on its all cars lineups. Previously, car prices were increased during the COVID-19 pandemic and the company claimed the hike due to low value of Pakistani rupee against USD.

According to Pak Suzuki, the company suffered a loss of 138.38 million during the quarter while as compared to same period last year, the company made a recovery of 88.30 percent. The company is even in loss and facing low sales on its vehicles that why the company has to increase the prices for fast recovery to stand and maintain its position in the market.
