Suzuki Pakistan Revised Order Booking Policy

Suzuki Pakistan has announced their revised booking and price hold policy. The company has issued the notification that various amendments have been made in the booking and price hold policy. The customers can know about Suzuki Pakistan revised order booking policy.

New Suzuki Booking Policy

• Suzuki will accept the booking orders of the vehicles with tentative delivery period of 60 days.

• The company will accept booking orders through the dealerships according to the specific quota on the monthly basis.

• Suzuki issued orders to the regional offices to maintain their allocated quota as head office will not accept the over-quota bookings.

New Price Hold Policy

There are some new conditions and needs of the new price hold policy, which is stated below:

• The company will offer price hold to orders, which will be delivered within 60 days of the booking.

• If the car is not delivered within 60 days in the conditions beyond the control of Suzuki Pakistan, those orders and customers will not be considered eligible for price hold. The company will offer two options to such consumers.

a) Pay the difference of price increase with all taxes, and get delivered their car and invoiced.

b) Submit a request to cancel their booking order and refund their advance payment with interest from booking date at 1-month KIBOR rate, which will be effective at the time of the booking.

The new policies will be considered ineffective from October 24, 2022.

Booking States of Suzuki Cars

The company has made it clear that they have closed the bookings of all cars of Suzuki and according to the dealership of Suzuki, the company is not receiving the booking orders and the dealership staff did not provide the specific reason. When the bookings will be started, the new policy will be implemented.
