Transforming Orange Line Train Stations with Solar Power

Affordable Commute

Deputy GM of Orange Line Train, Umar Chishti, disclosed that citizens are benefiting from a generous subsidy of more than Rs. 7 per kilometer on the Orange Line. This financial assistance aims to make public transportation affordable and accessible for all.

Localized Spare Part Production

Umar Chishti further elaborated on the strategic move to initiate spare part production at the local level. This forward-thinking approach is aimed at minimizing ongoing costs and ensuring the long-term viability of the Orange Train project.
