2012 Corolla XLi fuel economy has ped

I have a 2012 Corolla XLi, and my fuel economy has ped recently. It used to get 16 km/l at 100-110 km/h, but now it s as soon as the RPM goes over 2. The engine sounds louder, and theres a slight vibration. I’ve tried tuning, new spark plugs, cleaning the throttle body, and injector cleaner, but no luck. Any ideas?

Have the fuel pump, fuel injector, and O2 sensor checked. For the loud exhaust, it might be a worn-out exhaust manifold seal o r damage to the cat-back exhaust.
