2016 Honda City AC problem

Hey, I need some advice.

I have a 2016 Honda City. Yesterday, I was driving on the highway, and the AC worked fine for about 40 minutes. Then suddenly, the airflow ped almost to nothing, and it felt like hot air was coming out. I tried changing the blower settings and turning the AC on and off, but nothing worked.

After a bit, I tried it again, and it was fine. I drove around the city several times after that, and it worked perfectly. But later in the evening, the same issue happened again, and then it started working after another 40-50 minutes.

Any idea what could be going on? I’m not sure if it’s related to the heat since it was pretty warm during the day, but the AC was fine in the city. Thanks!

I took my Honda City to the Honda Center in Rawalpindi about a year ago to get the AC checked. They said everything was fine, but the AC gas was low. They recharged it and replaced the cabin air filter. Since then, the AC has been working really well!
