AC performance in Suzuki Mehran
Hello Guyz,
I have a Suzuki Mehran VX 2004. I am thinking of getting an AC installed in it but ppl are saying that AC do not really work in Mehran and make engine over heated. I am also concerned about over heating. It seems that FAN of car's engine starts after much delay. When car is static with engine running, it gets heated but when its running on 60 - 70 Km/h, its heating guage declines. I have used a good coolant and it has made small effect.
Some ppl are suggesting me to get the fan direct (keep running all the time). Is their any way that the delay between fan starting can be reduced?
Please give me advice about AC + heating problem.
Thanks

Install A/C but do the following:-
1. Install a `Kabli` fan Motor and attach a Relay to it.
2. Direct the fan so that it runs with ignition switch
3. Change both radiator pipes.
4. Install a custom made 3 pipe structure radiator in the vehicle.
5.Install a temperature thermostat for A/C--normally present but removed or skipped by mechanics located in the vehicle cabin lying outside the vibrator unit. This helps in turning A/C compressor on and off to avoid engine heatup.Best setting `half`
6.drain all water of radiator and place 4 bottles of coolant and then fill the rest with water.(remember to fill the engine water reservoir daily till mark).
