AC problem in suzuki kei

I have recently bought suzuki kei and i m having a problem with my AC. It's cooling power in intense heat is very low. it's engine is 650cc turbo. i want to know whether it z normal for this type of engine to support the AC like this???Also one of my friends told me that it gets converted to 1300cc after attaining a certain speed that is y your AC is nt working(plz if anyone can clear the truth of this statement??)

well first off its a 660cc... dont expect much from it.. in terms of the heatwave now adays.. along side the turbo.. u can only expext so much from a 660cc.. as for what ur friend said about the speed thing.. that thing just flew over me.. all u car has is a turbo.. which means that u get a certain (kick/boost) of power to ur car in the high RPM range (i.e above 4000rpm perhaps).. which is highly unadvisable to rev a 660 turbo in heat because then u will start seeing the heat kanta go up.. as for the ac thing its working fine.. i remember my coure.. that being a 800cc... the ac on that was like what i have on my rolla with the ac off.. so no worries
