Suzuki Kei Mechanic in Lahore

A cousin has 2005 Kei. It needs to be tuned both on CNG and petrol. In morning the engine takes 5-10 minutes to stabilize on idle speed. Asked many mechanics but no one has its software. Kindly suggest a workshop. If anyone has experience of this kind of problem, kindly suggest the possible solution.
