why efi cars dnt start on petrol if advencer wire is disconnected?wat does advancer do in efi cars?

bro when advancer is connected, the engine starts on petrol... and is shifted to cng in 90 seconds almost. the ignition timing required on cng is double than that on petrol. so the advancer automatically advances the ignition timing for cng so that u shud not mess up with the distributor..........
