Advice needed for servicing ALTO

hey friendz...
i hav bought alto vxr 2002 model..it has done 91000 km....according to every1 who has seen the engine and driven it , the car is in very gud condition and doesnt require any work.. NO dangerous sounds also....
but i hav felt dat it has acceleration..coz it takes a lot engine load to reach 105km/h ..and when i move on a flyover at a speed of about 65km/h on fourth gear the speed starts to get low very slowly and if not then it jus doesnt increas at all till i get on the top on the flyover..this is experienced on cng..
and the there were 3 people in the car..
another thing is that my clutch is very hard..i dont know why but it was since i bought it.. so i want ur opinion on this...
and 1 more thing ..i was thinking of getting my car serviced completely..that is from CNG kit to brakes and all the related things that need to be checkd and serviced...so i wana know where shud i go.???? shall i go for naseer autos as they r asking 700 rs for inspection..i dont know whether thy will only check the car or they will also do the servicing also..or shud i go to any other mechanic ??? is it ok to do the servicing of CNG from these mechanics in the market??
money is not da matter, i want to hav the best service done for my alto..so dat there remains no problem...
i dont know much abt car engine and its working so please help me in this matter..i will be reallllllllyyyyyyyy thankful to u..

First u need to have complete car wash with lubrication from anyone.
As u are caring for ur car very much go for a steam wash one beside PSO House or one Beside Aeesha Masjid which I Know. Than go to any CNG shop or local machnic for Tuning, Clutch setting & Brake servicing. I think that those local mechanics are better option than company as company charges u for the things that are never carried on the Vehical and u cant go inside the work shop with the car to see whats the matter with the car.
