Advise on installing CNG in Corolla Xli 2011

Advise on installing CNG in Corolla Xli 2011

I have recently bought a brand new Xli n initially decided not to install CNG. Has anybody installed CNG in Xli,,, plz advise its effects on engine and its performance as compared to patrol. I have heard that CNG does not work well with VVT-i engines, is that true?

My mechanic was telling me today that new Xli/Gli is not good on CNG. He was saying that all new Xli owners are having a very bad time with CNG. The first reason is VVTI engine and the other reason is that Xli/GLi is underpowered on petrol then how can it perform good on CNG.
