Alto 2009 missing problem. plz help =(

hi dear,
i recently installed a new 45a battery in my alto.
battery change krne ke baad aik problem agaya hai .
problem ye he k agr me gari kafi dair baad dobara start krun . like after 4 to 5 hours. when the engine is cooled.. nd the needle is on c.
agr us time me gari drive krun to forun bund hojati. .nd one thing it is vibrating alot.
i havent tuned it for like 6 to 7 months.
should i go for tuning ?
or is there any other problem ?
please help ill be very thankful ..

bro its not a big deal....get ur car tuned on both petrol and cng change oil(if neccesary) and also change da air filters......almost all suzukis hav dis prob ....atleast in my experience
